“you’ve got words, they go in circles.. they follow the path of my eyes as they roll up... to the left... around to the right with a blink thrown in for dramatic effect...and back to center... then I take flight, leave the house, just wander aimlessly ...circling the house, north and south, going in circles around and about the center of things... like our conversations that drive me to drive myself so... going off on tangents or other intermediate connections that are really going no where at all...except in circles...going all this way to go nowhere in particular, just away... away to end up where I started...

all the time wandering aimlessly in circles... so I drive around and about the house... taking the side streets of our conversations to task... I talk myself through circles... and that’s the path I’ll follow home... the path of my eyes as they roll up... to the left... around to the right with a blink thrown in for dramatic effect...and back to home, where they started.. where I started... just before I took flight, leaving the house...

ATL>JFK

just wandering aimlessly in circles... taking the longest route away from home possible... circling the house, north and south, going in circles around and about the center of things... like our conversations that drive me to drive myself so... the shortest distance between two points is a straight line, indeed... but the point I’m trying to make, the one about us going in circles, is no short distance to cover... and hence the circles... the ones we talk in... covering the same territory over and over again perhaps only slightly different...
